Ironsworn SnowForged

Ironsworn:SnowForged is a stripped-down set of rules for playing short, fun, Christmas-themed adventures based upon Ironsworn RPG. It includes the rules, a map, a blank character sheet, 5 sample characters and 5 adventure starters set in and around Santa's village of Klausville.

This is a standalone game and doesn't require the original Ironsworn to play.

New for 2024: Version 2 PLAYTEST! I've made a few significant changes to the game since I first made it. The original version is a pretty direct hack of Ironsworn, but with this new version, I've streamlined a lot and made a number of alterations to how the game runs. Any and all constructive feedback is welcome!

TLDR;

It's like Ironsworn, but Christmas. You make a promise to Save Christmas instead of iron vows, you light up Christmas lights as you progress and when you try and do something you either Make It Better or Make Mischief. You have a Sugar Rush instead of momentum and your only other resource is Christmas Spirit.
